WESCO has developed one of the
simplest and most effective methods of stores replenishment found anywhere in the
industry. Our system enables users to know exactly what materials are located at each of
their remote stores sites and guarantees easy issue and replenishment.
WESCO
manages the complete materials usage cycle. We provide each remote stores site with state
of the art portable hardware and software to easily mange materials identification, and
issue. Once issues have been made the data is then uploaded to WESOs
master database for monitoring and reporting. This system works on both manned and
unmanned stores sites.
WESCO
replenishes inventory at each store location at a time frame agreed with the customer.
Because of the method used for monitoring stores, replenishment frequency and inventory are kept to a minimum. During inventory
replenishment local hardware and software are checked and updated to ensure they are
current and fully functional. A monthly materials usage report for each of the stores
location is then generated showing usage by site and project.
